General Information on Reporting Unlawful Conduct

(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)
hereby informs that, in accordance with Section 8(1) of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), it has established an internal reporting system as a mandatory entity.
The Company further states that, pursuant to Section 9(2)(a) of the Act, it has excluded the possibility of submitting a report through the internal reporting system by persons who do not perform work or other similar activities for the Company pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Act.
The competent person pursuant to Section 10 of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers,
designated for the purpose of receiving reports, assessing their validity, investigating reports, proposing remedial measures, as well as further actions related to the submitted report, is as follows:
Ms. Tereza Drmlová, born on 18 March 1980.
Reports pursuant to the Act may be submitted
a) in written form by post to the address MSM, spol. s r.o., to the attention of Tereza Drmlová – DO NOT OPEN, Lhota u Příbramě 13, 261 01 Lhota u Příbramě,
b) electronically via e-mail at: oznameni@msmgroup.eu,
c) in person directly to the competent person. To arrange a meeting with the competent person for the purpose of submitting an oral report, please contact her as follows:

In your report, please state your first name, surname and date of birth for the purpose of prevention and protection against retaliatory measures. Your identity will not be disclosed. The competent person designated to receive and handle reports is bound by a duty of confidentiality.
